This is the latest of the Street Fighter series from Capcom. Released February 17th of this year, Street Fighter IV is available on Steam for $39.99. Basically 40 bucks out of your pocket.
Here's the E3 trailer for it:
Basically whats new is that it's a 2D game, but in 3D haha that sounds funny. There's the addition of focus attacks, which is a move that lets you absorb and attack and counter, and ultra combos which are just ultra combos. There are 19 playable characters in the game, with the addition of four new characters: Abel, Crimson Viper, Rufus, and El Fuerte.
In reviews SF4 got very good ratings; Gamespot, Gametrailers, and IGN give it a 9/10 or above. The question is though are you willing to shell out forty bucks for this? If you're a die-hard Street Fighter fan then go on right ahead. But for people who can't come up with the money as of yet, why don't you try playing Marvel vs Capcom on your computer for free? Yeah I said for FREE.
Just download Mame32 (an emulator) from www.romnation.net, find the Marvel vs Capcom rom, download it, load, and play. I'm pretty sure you can even find the old Street Fighters on there.
Here's what it'll look like:
Cool eh? And you'll be saving yourself forty bucks too
